Welcome to the world of the "Beanie GOOSE"

Ahh, welcome to my new addiction! Let me explain. Last year, my special frined, Houch, gave me "Dobe" the Doberman to sit in my van. At that time, I had no idea he was a beanie baby. In fact, at that time, I really had no interest in beanie babies, but I loved the Dobe as my husband Ernie, and I breed doberman pinschers. So I drove around with him in the cubbyhole of my van with my bean bag parrot from Billy, and my bean bag Parrot Head shark that I bought myself. For some reason, one day this past Oct or Nov, while sitting in the car waiting for someone, I just happened to glance down and pull my little bean bag toys out to see how they were doing. That's when I really looked and noticed what I had, for by this time, I had heard about the beanies and recognized what they were. And I had one! Right here in my little porkers, I had a beanie baby! I was shocked that I had been driving around all this time with a TY beanie in my van and didn't even know it! You can believe that boy came in the house that night!

This year guess who showed up in our Christmas packages? Well, Houch presented Ernie with a TY beanie this year in the form of Iggy the Iguana, the rainbow version with a tongue. At one time, Ernie and I had several very large green iguanas in our aviary who were constantly lounging on top of our 1200 gallon pond. Boy, did they have the life!

And this year, another very special cyber friend, Sharon, presented me with Jabber the Parrot because for the last 8 years, Ernie and I have been breeding exotic birds. That's how it all started. With two very special friends and three wonderful beanie critters.
